Again a @1x scale mockup - with more scrollbar action - an attempt to Aquafy macOS Sierra.
It's absolutely not near the colors as it is in a Mac OS X Panther or previous Mac OS X versions.
As I begin narrowing down the look I can better see where it might end up.
Graphite? I could try.
Please don't take notice of the "Tiger theme" reference in the contextual menu mockup on the right. It just had to say something other than the text from the Yosemite UI Kit I napped this contextual menu from.
Also, here's a tip if you don't already know of the available Sketch resources. Like here, www.sketchappsources.com
- if you need some app icons and have a license(or a trial) for Sketch then try searching for stuff related to Yosemite and a number of app icons pop up - you can then build on those or study them as you try on your own.
Edit: changed the title of the upload. Thanks GerritV
spoke about the way Mac OS X Tiger really looked I also tried that in a mockup. The brushed interface is giving me a hard time. I can't quite get the brushed look I want - I have to make the brushed look from scratch because I need the larger Retina size too. That's not easy to locate in a pattern on the internet. www.subtlepatterns.com does not have the thing I'm after.
